Improve your hand holding techniques :
• Learn how to properly hold and press the shutter button by gently squeezing the button.
• Breath control - slow breathing, exhale 1/2 way - hold - shoot by squeezing the shutter like a trigger on a rifle.
• Keep your elbows tucked in. Breathing is important as your ribs expand and contract.
• Use other objects to help support your body (trees, walls posts, etc.).
• Keep feet planted with one foot forward. Get a good balanced stance like a fighter is rooted to the ground.
• Don't grip camera from both sides - use one hand to hold camera and support lens with other.
• Use your face as support when holding camera to your eye. Get a rubber eyepiece if needed to better control stray light and add support.
• Practice - practice - practice until all these techniques become a habit.
